All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

YOGA AND TAROT CANCELLATION POLICY

• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for private classes, group classes or for tarot readings.

• Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24-hour notice.

• Cancellation or rescheduling of a yoga class or tarot reading prior to 24-hours before the appointment will be refunded or kept on your account per your wishes.

• If you are late for a yoga class or tarot reading, the class or tarot reading will end at the original time.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID19. Once orders are processed, shipping will generally range from 2-7 days depending on your location. Orders are currently shipping from Oakland, CA once a week.

Packages that are marked "returned to sender" will be refunded and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Edna’s Wisdom is not responsible for packages that have insufficient, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided to us by the customer during check out. Packages marked "delivered" or "abandoned" are not eligible for refund nor replacement. Edna’s Wisdom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
